THE FIRST RADIO BROADCAST IN HISTORY


  The first radio broadcast in history took place on December 24, 1906, when Canadian inventor Reginald Aubrey Fessenden (1866-1932), using a high-frequency electromechanical alternator, broadcast from Brant Rock Station, in the state of Massachusetts, United States, the first broadcasting of history, which according to the sources at the time, could be heard by different ships on the Atlantic Ocean. The broadcast included Fessenden playing the violin (performing a song called Oh Holy Night) and reading a fragment from the bible.
